My first modelling project! Made a computational model of a medium spiny neuron from a rat's Nucleus Accumbens! Replicated the original paper using NEURON and Python. Turns out, virtual neurons are damn interesting.

Did an internship with Dr. John Eric Steephen at CAN Lab and got a deep understanding into single neuron modelling. Got to learn a lot about neural dynamics. Not to mention the peak chai sessions with the lab peeps and the coolest lab environment I've ever been in.
